Bio One
Bio One is a low office armchair designed for small creative working spaces such as studios and home offices. The chair has a swivel base with castors and is made of molded thermoplastics with tapered and bent steel tubing. Organic outlines of the seat rise into an asymmetric edge on the backrest, recalling the flower of the Calla aethiopica. The asymmetry adds a sense of movement without affecting function or ergonomics. The calm and familiar form is intended to bring confidence and encourage new ideas.
Bio One Office Chair by Vladimir Zagorac was recognized as an innovative representation of industrial design by the A' Design Award. Bio One Office Chair received the Golden A' Design Award in Office Furniture Design in 2022.
