Turkish Coffe Cup

Turkish Coffe Cup is a porcelain coffee cup with a matching saucer. The form refers to Turkish cultural history: the geometric handle recalls the Seljuk period, the cloud motif recalls the Ottoman period, and the cylindrical body links both traditions. The shape was first made on a potter's wheel, then drawn on a computer. Production molds were made with a CNC lathe, and the pieces were cast in porcelain clay. The cup is 8 cm high and 6.5 cm wide. The saucer is 12.5 cm in diameter. The aim was to join the warmth of handwork with the precision of machine production.

Having inspiration from the festive snacks of traditional Tainan culture (an old city in Taiwan full with cultural heritage), by transforming them into a set of hotel amenities, these series of festive snacks always known to the local as "Marn", means fulfillment in Chinese culture; turtle-shaped rice cake as hand soap and soap dish, mung bean cake as toiletries, tang yuan sweet dumpling as hand cream and steamed bun & Tainan brown sugar bun cake as tea set. Tainan culture heritage could be widespread to the world as the hotel is a nice platform to promote local culture.

Epi-Happy is a small centerpiece for the office desks and dinner tables of tomorrow. The inspirational background -a translation in three dimensional space of ornamental motifs- makes it a classic yet a contemporary stylish object. The Cali glassware series, a creation by Officina Endorfino, blends personality with functionality. Its stackable design not only extends the product line but also subtly evokes the elegance of a chalice. The series features three distinct sizes, all crafted from borosilicate glass. This material allows for various color combinations and its unique properties create captivating reflections, playing with perceptions of volume, weight, and gravity. Additionally, the product packaging is made from recycled cardboard.

Yin Mo Star Kui

Yin Mo Star Kui is a four piece Chinese knife set designed for home kitchens. Each blade is made of composite steel with a multilayer structure. A high carbon steel core keeps the edge sharp, while a low carbon steel surface layer resists corrosion. Hot forging at 1040 degrees Celsius and cold forging at minus 196 degrees Celsius improve strength and toughness. The forged surface is slightly rough, which reduces contact with sticky food. The handle has a concave grip area and balanced weight for comfort during long use. The black and silver finish carries a classic Taotie pattern.

Lena is an eight-piece cookware set designed for home cooking. The set includes pots of 18, 20 and 26 centimetres, a 26 centimetre pan and matching lids. Each lid holds a stainless steel strip with holes of different sizes, so food can be strained without extra tools. The lid can be rotated to close the perforated sections and keep steam inside the body. The body and the lids have rounded contours and a scratch-resistant ceramic coating that is easy to clean. Heat-resistant Bakelite handles provide a comfortable grip.
